From his years of military experience, Samuel is a very professional and dedicated leader. With a vast knowledge of Tax Accounting, Samuel earned his Master’s of Business Administration from National University.

In December 2020, the Rucker family and the TaxShop staff were pleased to announce the appointment of Stacey Rucker, as the TaxShop’s new president and CEO. Ms. Rucker brings a wealth of knowledge and an array of experience, as she worked extensively with Mr. Rucker, managing the organization.
