What happens during my free consulTation?

At your consultation, an employee will discuss your needs and expectations. They will review your budget and then provide a list of potential services, which could satisfy these needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We proudly accept Checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos, and PayPal.

What percentage of our business is repeat business?

Currently, about 87% of customers are satisfied, repeat customers. These customers use our services yearly.

Do you offer any incentives or discounts on your services?

Yes. We are proud to offer our  “Refer A Friend” incentive and a “Multiple Services” discount. Please inquire with our representatives.

How soon can we begin?

Usually for our tax and bookkeeping services, once we receive all required documents,  an employee can begin processing your file in three business days.

Our business development specialist is available to meet regarding business and marketing solutions by appointment only. We, therefore, suggest you contact our office soon to schedule an appointment. 

Our Small Business Development services are by appointment only. Once you contact our office, we will provide further information.

 

What are the prices for your services?

At your consultation, we will suggest a “starting” price. The “starting” price can not and will not be the final price. Since we customize our services based on our client’s needs, we are unable to provide a standardized price schedule. Until we review all your documents, we are unable to quote any final, contractual pricing.

Are The tax services employees educated on new tax laws?

All tax service employees participate in the IRS’ Annual Filing Season Program. To participate in this program, you must have a PTIN and complete 18 hours of tax continuing education. This program includes a six-hour federal tax law refresher course, covers new federal tax laws, and requires end-of-course testing.
